What we're building
STEM is a Property Risk & Compliance Operations Platform for UK landlords and letting agents. We built it because rent arrears and compliance obligations don't fail suddenly, they fail operationally: a certificate missed, a notice served too late, an arrears case escalated without a paper trail. STEM exists to close that gap.
